- students think about emotions as weather and learn coping skills to "find the rainbow after the storm."

2. Coping Skills Cloud Craftivity:
- interactive craft!
- students write coping skills on the rainbow strips for their "coping skills cloud"
(there is NOT a digital version of the craft)
3. Feeling Like The Weather Poem:
- engaging poem that compares emotions to the weather and gives coping strategies
- includes a version with 3 comprehension questions

4. Managing Emotions Board Game:
- fun board game for students to practice identifying coping skills for different emotions
(there is NOT a digital version of the game)
5. Finding My Rainbow Writing:
- Students will write about what they do to "find their rainbow" when they are "feeling stormy."

A Note about Distance Learning: 3 of the 5 activities included in the resource have a digital option. The craft and game are NOT digital.
